1. Go to the file tab in the top-left of Outlook, then click on options.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Add-ins on the left pane. Click the "Go..." button next to Manage COM Add-ins.
4. Check or uncheck any listed add-ins by clicking the box to the left of them to either enable or disable. Hit OK afterwards.
