How to View your Team files in Windows File Explorer via SharePoint/OneDrive - Technology Support Center - Knowledge Base (salisbury.edu)


Open Teams and select the Team or Channel that contains files that you would like synced to your desktop.

In the top right corner click on the three dots and choose Open in SharePoint.

A new browser tab will open showing the Team and appropriate SharePoint account, select Sync.

A pop up windows will open asking if you would like to "Sync this library to your device for easy access".  Select Sync now.

When prompted check mark the box titled "Always allow gullssalisbury.sharepoint.com to open links of this type in the associated app" and click Open Microsoft OneDrive.

You will receive a notification in the bottom right corner that states You are now syncing.

You can now open your Windows File Explorer and view your synced Teams files.   

If you are a part of multiple teams please repeat the process as needed for additional Teams.
