Close out of any open office programs (word, excel, outlook, etc.), open your file explorer, copy the text below, then paste it in the address bar like below. Hit Enter afterwards, or the arrow key.

A blue box will appear with a lot of text. Let this run until it disappears on it's own after a minute. After it's done, open any office program and the error should disappear.
