If your computer won't turn on, try the following steps:
1. Charge the computer for five minutes and leave it alone
2. Press the power button to turn it on, sometimes if the computer did not power down or go to sleep it needs to charge for an extended amount of time.
If it still is not turning on try the following steps:
1. Unplug the computer from it's charger
2. Hold the power button down for 30 full seconds
3. Plug the computer back into it's charger
4. Press the power button to turn the computer on
If the computer is still not turning on, check the LED indicator on your laptop circled below for any amber light flashing and email helpdesk. If it flashes in a pattern of white-amber, include that pattern in the email.
